What is Multi-Tenancy?

Multi-tenancy in RADAR enables Managed Security Service Providers to manage multiple customer environments from a single management console. Each tenant represents an individual customer or organizational environment. Tenants are logically isolated across data, configurations, and permissions, strict security boundaries and complete operational independence between customer environments.

What You'll Learn on This Page

On this page, you’ll learn how to manage your multi-tenancy environment in RADAR as a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP). You’ll understand how to access and review individual tenant environments, monitor DDoS validation posture across all customers, and use the unified interface to oversee multiple tenant instances efficiently.

Viewing the Tenants Dashboard

Follow these steps to view your Tenants Dashboards in the RADAR platform:

  1. In the left-hand navigation menu, click  Tenants.
  2. Select Dashboard.

What You'll Find on the Dashboard Page

The Tenants Dashboard provides a unified, real-time overview of all customer environments managed under your RADAR multi-tenant account.

For each tenant, the dashboard displays a DDoS Gap Chart, which visualizes the tenant’s current simulation results across each security layer. The chart breaks down the environment’s protection status by percentage, giving Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) an at-a-glance understanding of each tenant’s environment overall DDoS resilience and comparative risk posture.

At the top of the interface, you can access the following filter menus:

  • Security Layer

  • Attack Vector Group (BaseLine, BaseLine Plus, Complete Insight)

These filters allow you to refine the displayed data by selecting specific security layers or attack vector groups, enabling efficient monitoring and analysis across all tenants.

Once your desired filters are selected, click Refine to apply them.

DDoS Gap Chart

This chart shows your Tenent environment’s current simulation result statuses - Protected, Partially Protected, Vulnerable, and Unchecked distributed across Security Layers. Hover any segment to view exact counts and percentages.

  1. Clicking a legend item redirects you to the Simulation Results page within the selected tenant’s environment, with the table automatically filtered by the selected status (e.g., selecting the red legend displays only Vulnerable results).
  2. On the left side of the chart, each status is listed with its corresponding color. Click a status to show or hide it in the chart view.
  3. Clicking the View button redirects you to the Tenant’s individual environment, where you can access and review its specific data.
