Release Date: April 27, 2026

This release introduces three enhancements designed to improve simulation accuracy, expand visibility across Azure environments, and streamline how you receive and act on platform updates.

In This Release:

Enhanced Email Notifications Experience Enhancement

The updated email notifications templates introduce a refreshed, modern design that makes important alerts and system updates easier to understand at a glance and quicker to act on.

With a more structured and intuitive layout, you can quickly focus on what matters and take action without searching for relevant information. Each email also provides direct access to the Help Center for additional guidance when needed.

Why It Matters:

These enhancement help you more quickly understand platform notifications and access the information needed to respond to alerts, investigate issues, or take the appropriate next steps.

How to Access It:

When the system detects an alert or update, an email notification will automatically be sent to your registered account email address.

Expanded Capabilities for Azure Deployment Enhancement

For environments deployed in Azure, we have enhanced the network interface configuration to provide greater flexibility and visibility.

This update expands the Azure log-based ingestion with support for two capture points for the configured network interface.
You can now select where traffic is captured:

  • Frontend – traffic received by the component from the client side
  • Backend – traffic forwarded by the component toward the backend or origin

This provides broader visibility into traffic across your Azure architecture.

Why It Matters:

This enhancement provides end-to-end visibility across your Azure environment, allowing you to validate how traffic is handled at both the edge and backend layers.

By expanding visibility beyond backend traffic, you can identify hidden gaps, improve the accuracy of your simulations, and gain greater confidence in your overall protection posture.

How to Access It:

  1. In the left-hand menu, navigate to Setup.
  2. Select Network Interfaces.
  3. Click the name of the network interface you want to configure.
  4. Under the Traffic Source dropdown, select Logs.
  5. Select the relevant Application.
  6. In the Capture Point field, choose the appropriate option (Frontend or Backend).

Improved Simulation Cycle Prioritization Enhancement

Simulation cycle logic has been improved to automatically prioritize Targets that are healthy, stable, and ready for simulation.

Instead of spending cycle time on Targets that are currently unhealthy or unstable, the system can skip them and continue testing Targets that are ready. This helps reduce redundant execution time and keeps simulation cycles focused on assets that can be meaningfully tested.

Why It Matters:

This improvement helps users make better use of each simulation cycle by reducing time spent on Targets that are not ready for testing. It keeps the cycle focused on actionable Targets, improving execution efficiency without changing how simulation results are calculated.
